Shipping Policy

Due to the current covid-19 situation and strict social distancing measures our carrier partners have in place to protect their staff and their customers, some of our deliveries are taking longer than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

We currently offer free, tracked shipping to most parts of the US, Canada and Mexico. We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • USA: 7-15 Business Days
  • Canada & Mexico:  15-20 Business Days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please contact us if you do not receive a shipping notification email after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We provide tracking for every order. We will email your tracking information as soon as it is available. Usually, you will receive the tracking number via your email 1-3 days after we have shipped your order. You can also track your order on our website here.

Please visit the FAQ section for any other order related questions, or you can email us at mail@downandtown.com, we are more than happy to answer your questions.

CUSTOMS FEES
